        Overall

        Do not move to Victoria Arms Apartments . The building has Bed Bugs , The management is very poor , and i have had the maintenance man come in my apartment without even knocking . The owner does not seem to care about the needs of the tenants . I am moving in 3 days but i have lived here since 2008 and no longer feel safe here .
