Vernon Auto Group

I was not given crucial information about my warranty during the buying process and did not realize it until I spoke to a friend who had also purchased his vehicle from Vernon Auto Group. The warranty is the reason that I purchased from Vernon in the first place! I contacted several people at Vernon hoping to get the situation remedied. After a few e-mails and calls and promises to 'get this taken care of', all involved parties stopped replying to emails, answering phone calls, or returning messages. I realize now that I made a horrible decision by purchasing at Vernon Auto Group. I would not recommend anyone else make the same poor choice.

Randall was very straight forward and answered all my questions very promptly. I appreciate the service he provided since I had been shopping for quite awhile and he had no hassle or pressure. I love my Platinum F150 pickup I bought from this dealership, but feel that if you spend that much money (used or not) they can send you home with a full tank of gas. Apparently it is their policy to only supply $45 of gas in used vehicles even though the purchase price of this "used" vehicle would have easily equaled that of two new cars. The sales process was pain free and quick. Paperwork was speedy and ready when I arrived (unfortunately this woman is now gone). Lastly, the woman in charge of explaining the programing and use of my pickups' systems knew little about actual programming. I set my own clock and eventually set up my own sync system since she had no clue.

Easiest Deal I ve Ever Done!!!!!! I bought my new Ram 3500 from these guys. I was in North Dakota, they were in Texas everything was done via email and phone conversation. Any questions I had they answered within the hour or right away next morning if it was after hours. I had several requests, put a aux tank in, tool box and gravity feed system. They handled everything and took pictures and sent them to me. Delivered my truck at a reasonable rate and in still new condition. Will do business with again!! I worked with Nick there and it was pleasure!!
