This Company came to my house on a saturday to service my AC unit they installed 4 yrs ago..the unit has 1 more yr under warranty..the tech told me since was weekend they have to charge me for the part that is under warranty because they don't have the same part from Trane, even if the part is under warranty..I have 3 kids..so i have no other choise than pay him to fix my AC...the other choise he give me was to wait until monday so he can go to Trane co. to warranty the part. Stay away!!!
