They are cheap, kind, and they are clean people. They care about their customers a lot. I will always use these people. They haven't messed up with me but if they do they send you a free coupon, or they fix their mess up. I will tell everyone about these people. You all rock!

We're sorry to inform you. But we are thinking you are mistaking us for another Cab Company. We are not even open in Columbia, MO. So I don't see how you was able to take one of our cab's. And the day you posted this we was not even open. We are sorry for the trouble you experienced with witch ever Cab Company you really took. I hope when we are in Columbia, MO you choose to take our Cab and you have a better experience with us.

Terrible driver with the worst customer skills ever. Terrible rates! I let a couple ride along to their house first and got charged basically double. Just overall horrible taxi company

I love these people. There on time,cheap,nice,caring,clean,and they match all other cab companies prices. These people are awesome. I am going to tell everyone about these people. They also have an app in google play just search for U.S. Taxi Cab LLC and download it to ur phone and tell ur friends to do the same. They also have discounts sometimes. Great Job Guys!

I want to say these people are "Great". I don't know how to express to everyone. But here is my thoughts. I went to look up Taxi on Yellowpages.com and I called every Taxi company that it had. And all of them told me it would be 45min tell they could get to me. Well I then called U.S. Taxi Cab and they said they could be at my front door with in 10min. I was like cool. So they came to my place and I was shocked they didn't wait in there car. They came to my door and asked me if I was ready. And then when I got into there Van I was shocked how clean it was. And not only that the guy let me know I was able to smoke but they where not. And then as they where taking me to the place I needed to get to. I was thinking O WOW they are going to go all over the place. And they didn't they asked me if I had a better way. And if I didn't they could GPS it. I was just so shocked they didn't go all over the place and get me for my money. So next time I need a ride I know who I will call. Thanks you so much U.S. Taxi Cab.

I have to say.my car broke down and I called these people a head of time thinking they would be like the rest of them. And I was so shocked. They was at my place to pick me up with in 5min. Not only that they are not like the rest of them. They have clean vans. Also when they came to pick me up they was not like the rest of them where they are lazy and they stayed in there car and they blow there horn. They came to the door and asked if I was read. Also they got me to my place with out driving all over the place.Also they let me know I could smoke but they was not aloud to. I was so shocked about there service. Now I know who to call when I need a ride. Thank you U.S. Taxi Cab LLC.
