        Overall

        The guy that answered phone doesn't know anything about buying cars. Hr keeps asking why we want to sell and it shouldn't matter.I explained that I have new car and too many tickets on old. One. He says I don't want to be responsible for my tickets. Really?? That's why u sign over title
