        Disorganized

        The salesman failed to include the roof vents for the bathroom fans in the quote. We called and they said they'd add it to their paperwork, no problem. However, when the workmen showed up they knew nothing about it, and the guy who did the work wasn't in that day. We tried for a couple of weeks to get them back to attach the vents and FINALLY got them back. They had excuse after excuse for why they couldn't make it each time we called.They also broke the drywall around the light fixture in the master bedroom. Not happy at all. Just too disorganized, sloppy, and unresponsive.
