Twin Electric

I was very disappointed with this company and their customer service. Two new outlets needed to be wired and installed - a very basic job. The electrician and I set up an appointment for the estimate and he said that there would be no problem to install them. He then said that he would get back to me within the next week with a quote. A month went by with no contact from him. I then called and spoke to the electrician and he said that he couldn't send out a quote because his e-mail "was hacked into", but he would get one out to me within the following week. Another month went by and still no contact. My follow up phone call and e-mail were ignored. Despite the fact of also having my mailing address I never received a quote. Fortunately, I had received other quotes in the meantime. This company showed me very poor customer service and I would not recommend them.
