        In a rough time in my life, John and his company came in and helped my family out in unbelievable ways. They found all of my dads paper work immediately without us signing a contract they just did it, because we couldn't even go into the house it was so awful. John explained everything to my sister and I and in a kind and gentle demeanor. He told us what would need to be done and why. He said that it would take a little time but he could clean it and HE DID!! I called several other companies, MACHINES!! one lady told me a bid number over the phone with never even looking at it, then she tried to scare my sister. I called Total Decon Inc. John answered immediately and talked to me for over 30 mins, then he came out after the call and drove 21/2 hours to my dad's house.. After talking to him and how he truely cared about our feelings and us in general he is the man for the job. As he began to leave from the bid he turned to me and asked me if I had eating anything or taking any of my medications, being a diabetic, I had forgotten in the chaos. If you are in a bad time in your life right now, call John talk to him and see what he can do for you and your family I am sure glad we did.
