AC was acting up, found out at appointment that the drain line had become clogged. We requested Appointment Friday they contacted us within the hour and appointment was made for the following Monday. They were on time, friendly and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly! No more hot humid nights!

They were very professional, checked numerous parts to be sure they knew all the issues. They scheduled the installation of the part that had to be ordered as soon as it came in.

I was contacted in less than an hour of my warranty company issuing the work order to them. Roberto, their technician arrived as promised in less than 24 hours. Not only was he prompt, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He had my air conditioning running in less than 30 minutes of his arrival. He explained what was wrong as well as how he repaired it. By that evening, my indoor temperature had dropped from a blistering 89 degrees to a comfortable 78.

Great job, arrived on time and had the a/c working in just a few minutes. Diagnosed problem and replaced failed part.

Trane AC not responding to thermostat. Mario from Total Air resolved issue in less than an hour. (Transformer). First A/C company tech that looked at the unit had no clue. By the way, service was not only provided same day, Mario called to see if he could come early!! We were on 5th day of no A/c.

There was a leak dripping into the neighbor downstairs. As the condo has sat empty for a year, we called it in when the neighbor alerted us of the drip. We thought it was resolved on the first call, but apparently not. Hopefully this second call did, but I received no feedback as to what was done differently. But the responsiveness is top notch and that means a lot to us. The condo now has someone living in it and hopefully the issue is taken care of.

Prior bad experience. This one was excellent. Was impressed with completely opposite of first experience. Clearly took feedback given the first time seriously. Highly impressive improvement compared to first time! Five stars for actually listening and acting on customer feedback! Great work.

Sold me a new Lennox system. After 4 different technicians not knowing anything about commissioning the Lennox system or tuning the CFMs - Lennox dispatched another dealer to complete the install. They also changed the work order to a non-communicating system b/c their techs didn't know how to wire a communicating system. Techs were professional just not properly trained and certified in the products they sell.
