Overall

Very upset at the situation. I bought some juice from the company threw their website (i live in another state) and I received a coupon from the OWNER of the store that gave me 20 percent off my WHOLE order. Then I received a e-mail FROM THE SAME PERSON who sent me 30 percent off 30 ml bottles. When I went and bought juice I used multiple coupons (because there are some places that allow you if one coupon is for a specific product and one is for your overall order). When I placed my order I was very pleased. Instead of being a happy customer I got woken up by a email (I have email alerts on my phone) at 1 oclock in the morning saying that he couldent do that because he was going to be loosing money. I understand that part but why would you allow it. When he mentioned to me that he can not send me product I asked for my money back, instead for giving it to me at first he told me that he will send me a 30 ml bottle of juice. I accepted that offer, then he mentioned he would only send me that bottle of juice if I bought 4 more off his website then he will add the free bottle with the order. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE BOTTLE SO HOW IS THAT A DEAL? The money was already taken out of my card and I didn't hear from him in DAYS. Finally he replied back with non scene trying to me me feel like I am stupid. He mentioned to me he strives on customer service, but how is making someone feel stupid and having them play a game for DAYS and then trying to make them buy more juice before they get the juice that they LEGALLY paid for and have a LEGAL proof of purchase for?



I just wanted to try their juice and help promote them in another state as I have 2 friends that own and manage local vape stores.



Still would like to try their juice just hopefully next time I go they will be NICER and not send me personal e-mails.



He told me coupons can not be stacked and that it was a glitch in the system and that is why he can not send me juice. It was not my fault for the glitch and it said NOTHING on his website that i could not use the coupons. There for when I did it got a price and PAID then received info that i was not going to receive my product I felt like that was false advertisement because after I got paid I got told I need to buy MORE before I ever GET MY PRODUCT. The customer is always right, he could of accepted it once to keep a customer that would of continued to buy instead of making me feel like im stupid.



Horrible customer service. A homeless man would treat me better.
