TMG Appliance Repair

Called the morning of the 4th of July with a broken refrigerator and left a message. They returned my call and showed up at my door in 2 hours. The gentlemen who came did an excellent job, fixed the problem and was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, he over charged me. He said that he replaced a relay starter for $250 labor and parts. I discovered later that it is sold on the web for $25. It took him 5 min to install it. This is a completely unjustified charge. When I complained he said that he charged me less than the other guys. I thought you charge people based on parts + labor, not your perception of what others charge
