I rarely write reviews, but after having an experience as positive as working Tlaxer Transportation and Limousine Service, I feel it's time break tradition. I was arranging transportation for 10 people to (don't laugh) Medieval Times to avoid headaches with carpooling and designated drivers. After calling no less than 15 different companies, I decided to go with Tlaxer because Tlaxer was the first to actually call me to discuss exactly what I needed. The owner on the phone was attentive, personable, and made sure that we got a package that would suite our needs and was affordable.
Our driver got us there on schedule, was really helpful while trying to coordinate pick up times/locations and always had a smile.
In a world that is driven so much by technology and automated responses, it is extremely refreshing to find companies that still operate with a personal touch. I would recommend Tlaxer a thousand times over and will definitely be using them in the future.
I travel a lot for work and I recently was told about Tlaxer by a friend and decided to give it a try and I can honestly say I will never travel any other way. For less than the cost of a taxi or shuttle service you can get to the airport, a night out with girls or anywhere for that matter in a sleek clean brand new black car with a personal driver! Why would you even think about calling a dirty cab or any other company when you can have this at the same price? And of course great customer service! No complaints.
