        Repair Guy

        This repair guy is not to be used. He is a jerk and his secretary is rude. I solicated him for services and he have failed to keep appointments at specified times. Him and his staff have also failed to deliver quality customer service. If you want to be made to feel like a child then feel free to use this him and his staff. If you want to be hung up on then use this him. If you want to spend more money on another repairman after having them come out and given them money then use this company. I have given them several attempts to make the issue/problem right have not made it better. They do not care about the name that they are making for their company

        Please do not use this company. They are rude. They have failed to deliver quaility customer service. They do not show up when they say they are or they are two hours early for appointments. They have not backed up there work. Then they delivered an appliance to my house and never even fixed it. Called to ask about this matter and they have failed to reply to my calls. The appliance that they did 'fix' is still not fixed right. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE.
