The Pool Doctors

I have been dealing with this company for about a year and a half now with nothing good to say! Please beware, the great price and smooth talk is a ploy!! I'm still trying to get them to hold up their warranty on my pool deck and I'm getting no response, no action, absolutely nothing. I've already filed a complaint to the BBB last year on the work they did and now I'm going to file another one for not following the warranty contract, which is a 5 year warranty. Needless to say, my deck started cracking and chipping within 6 months and it is only getting worse. It has been over a year and I've been trying to get them out to do the repairs with no such luck. I'm through with them!! If you don't believe all of the negative reviews out there then go to the BBB website and look for yourself - they have an F rating and are no longer accredited. I'm going to get with my lawyer about getting them to reimburse me for the cost of having a reputable company repair my deck!!

The Pool Doctors replastered and retiled my pool a few months ago. I couldn't be more pleased with them and the final product. A+ quality A+ price and a real pleasure to do business with. Have already referred them to several friends and taken advantage of their referral bonus program cha-ching!
