I love the Green Springs location. Everyone there is SO GREAT and always attentive. Plus I love my tan and health skin due to the good advice and direction the associates give me on skin protection, moisture and after care.

When I started tanning here I felt a little overwhelmed by there price structure but all the ladies were very eager and patient with helping to understand their system. There is so much of a selection it would be hard not to find a package that suits you best. I especially love the cleanliness of the facility...they received a 100 from the health dept. There are so many tanning salons out there today, some have good beds and knowledge and others have great customer service that gives you an "at home" feeling. Tan Zone is on of the few salons that incorporates both of these qualities. I hope to be tanning there for a long time!!

I called Tan Zone to get information about tanning packages. Because they are so complicated, I was advised to come by. I went on my lunch break. Bad idea. There were TWO employees with only one able to help customers. While setting up beds for others, one tried to explain the available packages, which were very expensive. I wanted to be able to buy minutes because I am busy and unable to tan daily. Instead they have a complicated credit system, which was not explained. They also have monthly and VIP packages (with a $25 set-up fee). The employee helping me was talking so quickly that it was difficult to understand her. She gave me a non-informative minute long tour. She then tried to convince me to buy a $50 lotion. I declined. She proceeded to insult me, saying it would be pointless to tan without one. I asked her to speak slowly because her speech had again become very frantic. She told me to listen faster upon which time I took my credit card and left. Horrible experience!
