I absolutely LOVE Take Shape for Life and how it has changed my life! I found the program very easy to follow, and I've lost 138 pounds so far! This program has literally saved my life! If I told my best friend about this program I would tell them that this was the best thing I ever did for myself. Going on Take Shape for Life was the best thing I ever did for myself. I had a person Health Coach Carolea who was awesome at helping me see where I was getting the calories that was causing me to gain weight.

On this program you have a personal Health coach. Yes, all yours. She worked one on one with me daily and then weekly or as needed to help me problem solve an event that I was going to or just to discuss how to handle all the food around us. This program is different than any other diet I have ever been on. All diets are just what it is a diet. No learning involved and that's why I always gained my weight back. Now I know how to keep my weight off forever. I might even be a Health coach one day. I lost 80 lbs. If I can do it you can too. Oh, yea, as far as the cost I ended up saving money because I didn't eat fast food anymore. so it is affordable. You got to give her a call. You don't have anything to lose but fat.
