Phil Sandoval has over 36 years of professional experience inspecting houses and inspecting commercial properties in Utah. In this time, Phil has inspected literally thousands of homes along the Wasatch front. There is no better expert you can find to inspect your dream. Phil Sandoval is the son of a Salt Lake City based general contractor. While growing up, he helped his father build many of the single family homes in Salt Lake City. At a early age he developed strong understanding of home construction. After attending the University of Utah in the early 1970's Phil was hired by the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency as a code inspector. He inspected homes for code items which were required as part of the R.D.A. grant or low interest loan. Phil went on to become an I.C.B.O, certified Building Inspector. He inspected residential and commercial projects in Salt Lake City for decades. In the late 1980's and early 1990's he became the preservation planner for Salt Lake City. In that role, he worked very closely with the Salt Lake Historic Landmarks Commission. Phil Sandoval works as an independent Home inspector and commercial property inspections.
