Did a good job on most of the carpet. The darker parts (dirtier?) remained darker. Spot stains still had to be removed by hand+ chemical cleaners after their treatment. Using a carpet shampooer after their treatment still yielded dark grey water. In their defense the carpet was old and despite previous cleaning 2 years ago, still quite dirty.

What an excellent company I have used both services. Extrémale happy to have found a company with integrity.
