I could not be more thankful for the help this company gave my family after a wind storm caused some major damage to our house. They came after hours to secure our roof from any potential water damage and cleared debris from our walk way free of charge. This company also lent us a generator to power things we need to care for our disabled son while the power was out in our area. They went above and beyond both fixing our roof damage and helping us out during a rough time. Thank you so very much Superior Exteriors!

I am very happy with the service I recieved from this company. They had a very reasonable and professionally presented bid and answered every question I had with patience. I really appreciated the care they took to not damage my yard while they replaced my roof. Would use again.

Superior Exteriors and Jesse Pollock (owner) have terrible customer service. Do not use them. Calls, emails, and texts repeatedly go unanswered for days at a time. Preferred method of communication seems to be over text. Had a job scheduled for 11/30 after previous delay in getting a time for completion, then was asked if I would be okay pushing it back a week due to the recent windstorm and having other priority projects. I said I'd prefer not to as my roof was damaged and I had rearranged my work travel schedule to be around the week of 11/30, but if he wanted to give me a discount to put me off further, I would take it. He said it would be best for me to find another roofer. This was after having waited a couple months for him to complete this project and passing on other bids. Keep in mind this was all over text. I have repeatedly tried calling and asked over text for him to call me. He never once returned my phone calls. Terrible business practices. He may entice you with a low bid but it isn't worth the hassle. Come to find out, at least one of his employees has quit due to issues like this. I may be without a new roof but I think I dodged a bullet. Plenty of other reputable roofers in the Spokane area. Do not use Superior Exteriors.

Very poor business relations. Called about the road rage their truck committed and have been harrassed via phone since. If this is how he runs his business, I'd stay away.

They quoted me for the high end materials I asked for, then installed cheap stuff that was not even the same brand as the other side of the house they were matching. They "accidentally" covered the wiring for a light fixture on my deck with siding and would only fix the fire hazard when I provided proof that there really was a light under there. The pieces on the deck were cut with the wrong angles and misaligned, and they used my existing and rotting deck frame to put the new deck on, and did not use treated lumber for the fill pieces. After I fired them, they placed a lien on my home and now I have to pay them $6800 for this work that I had to have torn down and re-done with correct materials! I tried to work with them in the legally-binding mediation that BBB offered, but they refused. If you hire them, expect unprofessional and fraudulent work and expect them to place a lien on your home if you have a problem with that.
