Starr Mobile Auto Detailing

Let me start by saying this is the first and only negative review I have ever left.I do not believe in putting negative things out there so only use my time/energy writing positive things. That being said, one star is more than deserved. I bought a Groupon for $169 which included a complete detail (interior/exterior etc). Mark sent out to kids who not only did not detail my car but didn't even bother to vacuum, wipe down the seats, clean the rims etc. (basic things performed when I get my car hand washed). I have a massive list of all of things NOT performed which I emailed Mark per his request. He apologized and said "that is not he does business and to give them another chance to make it right". We set an appointment for 11am. I then get a text at 10:40 that morning saying they were running behind and it would be closer to 12:30. Nobody ever showed up. Despite my numerous attempts to reach Mark (emails, texts, voice messages) I never heard back from him. He (stole?) my $169.
