Stark Concrete Co

We hired Jim Stark to put in a colored, stamped concrete sidewalk. It was completed in early May 2014. By August 2014 there was a crack going all the way across the sidewalk. I called Jim and he came out to look at the sidewalk. He said that was just the nature of concrete - it cracks. I pointed out to him a 2 year old section of our concrete driveway that was still as perfect as the day it was poured. Then he said that the sidewalk was cut at the wrong angle and that was why it cracked. He said he would come back in a couple of weeks to patch it. About a month later, now remember he said he'd be back in a couple of weeks, I noticed the sealer was coming off. So now we have a sidewalk that has a crack all the way across it and has light colored blotches where the sealer is coming off. It is now December 2014, haven't heard a word from him since August. Nope, don't think we'll be hiring him to do any more concrete work.
