- Welcome to the Speed's Family. We are celebrating our 50th year of being in business, and we remember what it was like in 1958 to be a company that specialized in service. Our goal is to make sure that you get extraordinary service and care every time you talk with us and to always give 5 star service to you and your vehicle. While towing is our expertise, we also provide battery jump starts, lockout service, tire changes, we carry compressed air and friendly service! Please visit our auction sections; we sell about 200 vehicles every Tuesday. Vehicles come from unclaimed Police Tows, Consignments, and from the Auto Donation Programs of about 20 local charities and non-profits. If you are having trouble selling your car, we suggest you donate it to one of our charities or consign it to us, to sell for you. At Speed's Supertow our team is a family-like organization. When you are in our truck, we want to make sure you are comfortable and safe. If you are on the phone with us, we want to ensure you know your situation is important to us and we care about your well being. To ensure that our service is always top notch, we have implemented a 5 Star "Customer Service" Training System. Through this process we train and reward our team members. We understand that you have a choice on how and with whom you do business. We challenge all of our team members to provide 5 Star Service. Every team member goes through detailed and continuous training to ensure that we always go the extra mile in service. I like speed and safety in car shopping that is why I really appreciate and respect this auto auction. But lately I must confess that I became lazy and I prefer online public auto auctions as Repokar Auto Auction in Los Angeles that allows to buy quality used or new cars without even having to leave your home.
No one wakes up in the morning thinking....I think I'll buy a tow today, so it's always inconvenient, and upsetting. The guys at Speed's Towing make the experience much better. They arrived in short order, on time, with a professional and friendly guy driving the truck. I was impressed by how clean the truck was on the outside and even more impressed when I got in the truck to ride with my car to Ron Tonkin Chevrolet. When we got there the driver walked in with me to the service area and gave the service writer the info they needed to pull up all my information. Very professional indeed. I would recommend Speed's to all of my friends. They truely make a bad day into one that is much easier to deal with. Thank you Speed's Towing!!!!
Last night my wife was stuck with my three daughters. Speed's came and help them fast. The driver was professional, and made my wife feel safe, and are SUV was handled with Care. Much thanks goes to the entire staff at Speed's.
I called for a quote and eta not only were they there to pick my car up before the eta they gave me but the charges were less than quoted nice to have honesty in a sometimes not so honest world and although it was a bad day and it didn't make it a great day it sure made it better thanks Speeds
It has been awhile since I've had to call a tow truck, and I was surprised at the friendly telephone staff, the quick response, and the very well dressed driver. While the truck was very clean for my wife and I to ride along to the repair shop, I was particularly impressed by the driver.
My daughter had locked her keys in her car late at night....when she called Speeds Towing for help they were there within 15 minutes...unlocked her car and she was on her way. It was the quick response and friendly voices that helped her not be to afraid while she was waiting.
