The company s clients include the American Red Cross, Viking Masonry, Bethany Village, Elmira Lithograph, McDonald's and Hewlett-Packard. It has a staff of more than 140 employees. Southern Tier Industries is a division of Chemung ARC, which provides family support, vocational training and job placement solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities.
