So Much More Landscaping

Three springs ago I had So Much More Landscaping come and landscape the side of my house, and to put in 3 arbor vitae and 2 rhododendrons. In about 2 months, one rhododendron died. I called and was asked if I kept the receipt. I should have known then that there was going to be a problem, since it's their job to keep receipts for their purchases.



I did have my receipt and they said they'd be there, but not when. I called in September and asked when they were going to plant the other rhododendron. He said he wondered where the one in his office was supposed to go and now he knows.



The following spring I called again and I was told that he rarely gets to Lansdale. I

guess the plant was still in his office. He also pointed out that he does NOT guarantee his work and plants and that he was replacing it as a courtesy.



Well, he proved that he and his company are not at all courteous, because it's the 3rd

spring and there is no bush. I wasted $35 on that plant, plus 3 years growth. The work was average; the prices were average. But I would warn you to find someone else, since the work is not at all guaranteed and it's unlikely that any problem will be fixed.

We are thrilled with the work that SMML did! Steve was fantastic. He took the time to breakdown the costs and the best way to improve our landscaping at the best price. And the work he and his crew did was beyond our expectations!



We can't thank SMML enough for their high quality work they did on our yard.
