Skinner Plumbing Heating Corp

I'm a personal assistant for a gentleman who lives in Manhattan and I called Skinner Plumbing and Heating for them to come and service his boiler. We set a date and time for them to come. I called them the morning of the appointment to confirm the time and they said they'd be there. I waited for over 2 hours and they didn't come. I had to call THEM to find out where they were and they informed me they weren't coming that day. I told them that we'd be wanting them to take something off the bill because they didn't come when they said they would. They said they'd have to see what the charges were going to be first, then they'd talk to "the boss." The workmen came the next day on time, did what they needed to do - no problem there. The third day I called them back to discuss lowering the charge and the guy I spoke with said that I "should expect things like that to happen in the service industry, and that no, they weren't going to take anything off the bill." Bottom line - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!!
