Sharper Image Pools

Our project is going on 7 plus months. It has not been a pleasant experience from the beginning. We should have stopped then. Recommendation is to document every tiny detail: costs, phone calls, on the job coming and goings...you will need it. Poor customer service and abrasive. They make us feel like we are a burden after spending 45K plus. Don���t return calls. Here are all our mishaps: didn���t know county code, didn���t know electrical code, miscalculated tile order, charging us for mistake company made and the list goes on...Do your selves a favor go ahead and pay the extra several thousand given to you by the other company quote...it will come out the same in the end without the headache.

I had my pool completely remodeled and they did a beautiful job. I am very happy with the work. I had my old patio ripped up and had pavers put in, I had the my marcite refinish in a pebble stone interior that just makes the world of differennce. Sharper Image made my experience a pleasent experience. I would and have recommend them to my family and friends. They were wonderful!!!
