THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. They didn't even deliver what I ordered and I spent a considerable amount on it. I ordered a bottle of Macallan 17 along with other snacks on the website for my fiance's bachelor party. I decided to have it shipped from Michigan to Colorado and this was four days beforehand. I specifically spoke with someone on the phone on Wednesday and they told me to pay extra to have it shipped in two days so it would arrive on Friday. I paid extra, but on the tracking email it said estimated delivery was Monday. I couldn't get in touch with anyone for two days until Friday afternoon. Finally it arrived on Saturday, but it wasn't even what I placed in my order. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM. HORRIBLE!

I ordered a bottle of scotch for my father for his birthday and paid for it to be expressly delivered so it would be on time. Needless to say from the other reviews, it was not delivered and still hasn't been even weeks later. Several phone calls and emails have yielded no progress (or even an answer) and I have blown $90 as my father has yet to receive his gift and I'm not certain that he ever will. Serves me right for not checking it out thoroughly first, I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered.

$100 for a $35 bottle of Talisker 10yr. Single-Malt...? No effing way. What makes their bottles of liquor so much better than anyone else's? How do they do business? Supply and demand, folks.

I placed in order for a birthday on February 2nd and the order was not delivered until April 27th. Unless you call WELL in advance, do not use!!!!!

I now have a great place to get Dom Perignon! I'll be back to send liquor time and time again.
