Second time we have used Safety King, thank you Bill and Ryan. Professional, clean, results. They call prior to arrival, walk through the process and paperwork in full detail before starting. The first time we used Safety King, one of the technicians detected a gas leak and brought it to our attention. Consumers was on-site to address the issue before the Safety King left - thankful for this extra attention to detail!

Marcus and Nick were most professional. I loved how they treated my home with the utmost respect, watching out for all furniture and protected the wall corners from damage. Most important was the results. Photos of before and after showed duct work that was as clean as the day it was installed. A job well done. I would recommend Safety King to anyone interested in improving their home air quality.

Safety King Air Duct Cleaning is very professional from customer service on the call to the technicians that did the work. Responding via email was prompt; questions were all answered and everyone always courteous. What great service! Marcus and and his assistent Nick arrived promptly for my early AM appointment of air duct cleaning. They did a fantastic job and have given my wife and I peace of mind knowing our indoor air is much safer for our soon to arrive newborn baby and ourselves! Patrick and Kory were terrific to work with. Very polite and friendly and I was comfortable to have them in my house. They explained the entire process and answered all my questions. I was affected by flood and they recommended the sporicide duct treatment which I purchased. I would not have known this was available if it had not been offered. Kerry in Customer Service made it easy to schedule everything and when I needed to get a message out to Patrick and Kory prior to arrival she made sure they received it. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Patrick and Ryan did a fantastic job at my home today. Very professional yet very friendly and informative. Most importantly, the cleaning job they did on my ducts was the MOST thorough I have ever had done (worth the money). Loved the service. Loved your people. I was very pleased you were able to squeeze us in even thought you are booked solid for weeks due to the flood. We got put on the "star" list and tow days later we got the call for the crew to come right out! We had never cleaned the vents and it was amazing to see what they took out. After the recent flood, I was truly miserable. Even after clean up, my house was left with a disgusting smell that clogged my sinuses and irritated my allergies. Furthermore, my air duct system tested positive for mold. I did some research on local vent cleaning services and Safety King was highly recommended. I do not regret having my vents cleaned by Safety King. The techs were very polite and actually gave me some good advice to maintain my system in the future! It was a quick process and aside from the noise of the truck running, I barely noticed they were here. Best of all, the smell is gone and so are my allergy symptoms! I would recommend Safety King to anyone interested in vent cleaning in the future!

Just had my furnace ducts cleaned for the first time. So happy I finally had it done. Price was reasonable, results were great. I have to give special kudos to Bill the man who did the work. What a nice person! How lucky you are, Safety King, to have such a professional and genuinely good guy working for you!

what a difference! Marcus and his assistant came out and cleaned my air ducts and sprayed a disinfectant after the flood. They got out the smell and years of filth from our vents. Great service. Great people!

What a guy Mike is! He personally came out to my house and oversaw the cleaning of my vents. The great thing about these guys is they clean more than the vents. They get all coils and everything. You may find a cheaper place ,but they are probably just doing the vents , and not going to the heart of the problem!

I loved thisservice. I never even heard of duct cleaning until my neighbor had it done (by another company). They used a camera to show my husband the ductwork before the cleaning and then after. Before the cleaning, there were several inches of drywall dust caked onto the sides and cobweb-like strands hanging all over. After the cleaning, the ductwork looked brand new. When I came home after the cleaning, (winter time, with furnace running) the air "felt" better.



The technicians were nice, and we were given a followup call the next day. There was no mess when they left. All of the dust was forced into their truck via large tubing (that looked like what ET had in his home.) They found several of my son's toys from years ago.



There is an option for an airfreshener service. We did not do that.



I recommend this service and this company. We'll use them again in the future.

Very high quality service! The workers were very thorough and knowledgable about the job. Impressive vacuum truck equipment and compressed air brushes. They removed years of filth and grime from my system. I highly recommend Safety King.

I saw a review for these guys in Glenn Haege's article in the paper. When I saw their website and spoke to their people I knew why he said they were so good. These guys are hands down the most qualified around. I verified that they had all the licenses and certifications they claim and then found that calling them gets not only good service but an education in duct cleaning process.
