Rusty's was extremely easy to work with. Not only did they pick the car up quickly and prepare payment but they also worked around my schedule to help me deal with a situation where the car that needed to be towed was an hour drive away. I would definitely recommend them .

I was reading up on the reviews and was definitely a bit scared because of some of the reviews on here, but I did call to see whats up... and they dont seem all that bad or anything shammy like. They told everything that was going to go down and it went just like they said it would, I guess everyone's experience will be different. I would recommend them though

The woman had no idea what she was doing....I wanted to scrap an RV..which it states on there web sight they do that and she told me we don't take RV's she kept asking me if it runs and I kept telling her it's a travel trailer....I love it when they have people answering the phone who has no idea what they are doing....well ya missed a good one here....

screw this place, they offered me 125 for my '92 buick park avenue ultra, screw that i have spent 500 on it in past year for parts, and still has not reached 100,000 miles. sure it has little transmission problems, but still good car and should get more than that.

This place is a hack shop, You get somebody at a call center (India), who transfers you to someone else. Who low balls you big time. I had 2 Land Rovers, for both they wanted to give me $500. Oh they will tow, so does everyone, they take care of DMV, so does everyone. I told him "No thank you" was asked if he could call me back after speaking to his "MANAGER" .I told them they insulted me once, why twice and hung-up. Not getting my cars, or my business.

They seemed fine to me.. was a bit skeptical to begin with but after they came by and gave me the money and took the car, everything was good.. And Taylor the tower was a good guy! Pleasant experience on my part.

They will try to underpay for your car. This is how they make there money. Don't believe a word that comes out of there mouths. They have many sites. I called junkacar and got the same person who had to talk to his manager. Guy thought he had me on hold and heard him ask this guy larry? who was a big mouth and thinks he knows everything, guy is total moron. Even the guy who did not know I could hear said I hate that a--hole. Anyway they were very lowest by far of the 4 places I called.

I was hesitant to go through Rusty's because of all the bad reviews but I ended up calling them anyway. They offered me $1000.00 for my car which was above what any other junk yard had offered. I said what the heck and just went with it. They came to get my car and the guy gave me a check. I immidiately tried to verify by calling Bank of America but they could not verify it for me so I went into the branch and they told me that they could not cash it...my first thought was OH HECK NO!!!! I went to my bank (1st convinience) and my teller told me that I had to deposit the check so I did and it ended up clearing. I guess you cannot cash it because it is a commericial distbursement check so you have to deposit it. I am glad I went through them they were helpful and they even made a follow up call to see if everything went ok. Even though I had a little trouble with B of A I would still recommend Rusty's to my friends and family.

I called them and got LOW BALLED I also called JUNK A CAR...IT"S THE SAME COMPANY! SCAM ALERT!

The process was fast and easy. They came the next day and picked up my car. It was a great experience and I would recommend them.
