        I was overcharged. I was char...

        I was overcharged. I was charged 1 hour for a 5 minute visit (no work done), then another hour for them to get the part I needed, then another hour to install it. If they had taken the time to discuss the problem/symptoms over the phone when I originally called, they could easily have figured out what part to bring.
