Love this company! I had a frantic few days when I woke up this morning to a transformer blow out and no electricity. We had just been in this house about 5 months so I didn't know much about all the equipment. So the Well water pump won't start back up. We had the power off for short period before and it turned itself right back on. Not this time.. I looked all over for some clue as to what to do. I had just had so many stressful things happen, my dog was killed, my mother ended up in the hospital and trying not to lose time at work when Rains showed up. He quickly found a reset switch that I had looked all over for and got things checked out for pressure. I felt so badly cause he had to travel so far for such a stupid little thing and then he had to wait cause I wasn't home on time. He left and said NO CHARGE. Wow..the first break I have had in quite a few days! He just didn't know what that meant to me!! So thank you Rains Pump Service for the extra ordinary service!
