The service was amazing. yes, they are pricy, but it is worth it - no hustles. lt was easy to make a reservation and it was clear how much it would be.
The driver was waiting 10 minutes before the time and the service was courteous. Made it perfectly on time. Thank you for a fabulous service.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! USED THIS SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION FROM OUR HOME TO NEWARK AIRPORT. DRIVER WAS ON TIME (4:00AM!), FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. CAR WAS CLEAN AND WATER BOTTLES READY FOR US. Any time I fly into Newark Airport, I use Rainbow. They seem to get the idea that all you need to do is show up in a clean late model black sedan, provide some bottled water with a professionally dressed chauffeur (who actually knows where he/she is going) and charge a fair rate. I highly recommend them.

I've been using Rainbow twice a week to get me to and from the airport/train station for almost one year, and they have never been late. That's over one hundred trips through snowstroms, delayed flights, traffic, etc.

Rainbow fleet consists of clean, new model cars and courteous drivers. The company is big enough to be able to get you a car whenever you need, but small enough that l get the same driver most of the time--invaluable when you take a a car on a weekly basis (ne need to give directions, etc). I highly recommend Rainbow.

Dennis, the owner, is personable and on top off all the needs of his customers. lf you travel alone, you can rest assured that Dennis and his drivers will take care of you and the price is excellent! Found this company on google ( yp ) after having many terrible experiences with another company. From the inital phone call to the minute l was dropped off was nothing but excellent. My driver Mike was early to pick me up and had great communication. lt was a very comfortable and quick ride to LGA. l will definitely be using this company for all of my future car service needs. Great job done by all.

I used Rainbow twice in four days and l could not be more pleased with them. The first was 11pm pick up at JFK going to my freiend's in Summit. They were there when l landed, sent me a text to put my mind at ease as my flight was late. Never felt rushed. Once getting into the car Vergil was friendly, professional and just the right mix of chaty and quiet. Flying back to Sfo required a 4am pick up and l got a text at 3.45 letting me know they were ready when l was and we parked outside. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again.

We use Rainbow as a primary car service and we never had a problem with them. Prompt service with a friendly atmosphere makes me call them first. Rainbow is a cut above the others. I have been a regular customer with them since 2009.

Wonderful customer service and always courteous when taking down your information. The dispatch and drivers are top notch and they go out of their way to make sure you get you as fast (and safe) as possible to your desired destination. Whenever there is a discrepancy with our invoices the accounting dept replies to my request as quickly as possible. They always bend over backwards to make sure everything is ok for the customer.

Timely, Dependable, & Courteous

I needed a car service to transport my mother and sister from (and back to) their home in Montclair to the Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City State Park where my wedding and reception was being held. I contacted a representative a few days before to discuss the cost and the services I required. The person I spoke with provided all of information they would need from me to schedule a car. She patiently recorded all of the details about the trip, and reviewed this information with me before we concluded the call. When I called back to schedule the service a few days later she had remembered my call and the details we spoke of. I was told that someone would contact me the day before to reconfirm. AS PROMISED, I received a call and the details were again reconfirmed.



The driver was at the appointed destinations ON TIME, professionally attired, and exited the car to open the doors. My mother noted that the car exterior and interior was clean and without artificial air fresheners. The trip was a pleasant one with a respectable amount of conversation which did not compromise the driver's focus, nor intrude upon the conversation of my mother and sister.



It was a pleasure to work with the staff at this company, and I highly recommend them because they provide Timely, Dependable, & Courteous customer service.

I came from London to visit some family for Thanksgiving. I had a taxi pick up

scheduled for an inside pick up from JFK airport. When the driver showed up I was very impressed, he was very polite, professional, dressed in a nice suit. He carried my bags for me and the car was beautiful, did not look like a taxi at all was a nice town car, very clean and fresh smelling. It was a very smooth ride and I arrived to my destination in comfort. I will definitely use them for my return trip to JFK airport. Thanks.
