Quality Plumbing Solutions

I have AHS. they assigned Quality Plumbing 407-978-6769 early AM on 12/12/16 early on 12/13 I called them because I never got a call to schedule an appointment. The I got an email stating they cancelled the appointment on 12-13 (which was never set) and rescheduled my appointment for 12-14 between 8-5. They never showed and never called. I got someone to stay all day for them because I had appointments myself. They are not professional at all. Who knows how their service will be IF they do ever show up.

Quality plumbing was contacted by American Home shield to come fix a leaking faucet(Thursday Nov 10th). They did not call the preferred number given to schedule an appointment and only scheduled when I called them (Monday Nov. 14th).I gave them MY phone number at this time to be sure that they called it instead of my husbands. Nov 16th the company was a no show, then scheduled for the 15th only to say oh there is mold I cant touch it. They then referred us to a different company to handle mold (which they were told of over phone on the 14th). Once the mold removal was complete They once again called my husbands number which i answered because he happened to come home early that day, instead of calling my number (the preferred number given to them) When I asked why they did not call my number I was interrupted with "well how was i supposed to know" I replied I had given you guys the correct number several times. He then said your scheduled for Wednesday and hung up on me. I called and filed a complaint with his supervisor and reconfirmed my phone number and the appointment with her. They scheduled to come back out on the 23rd and again no show. I called the company yet again to be told that the plumber had both front tires blow out and they would not e coming today. At this point I contact American home shield to get a different company. In my opinion this company has no sense of urgency or respect to its customers needs.

Home Warranty Company (American Home Shield) called Quality Plumbing Solutions to replace a garbage disposal; they replaced an older higher end unit with a basic builder grade unit, but real issue is the installer Rep did not remove drain plug on inside of disposal, allowing dishwasher to drain, causing dishwasher to back up. Not knowing what caused it, called AHS for dishwasher, that service company found issue with plug and removed it, another $75 service fee. Called Quality, they would not refund their $75 fee, said shouldn't have been charged for second call; second company of course would not refund it, and AHS said it wasn't their issue, was between me and Quality. Followed up with Person in Quality office, they said they would look into it further, of course have not heard back in weeks.

Horrible customer services, my warranty company assigned them to me, they replaced a shower valve, it turned out to be a bad one, they also used PEX pipe as tub spout, which is wobbly and the tub spout will come loose. I've tried several times to get them to come back and fix the problem and they never showed up for appointments. They don't even call to reschedule, so i had to several times. I've been in the service business for a very long time, I have never seen such a gross disregard for customer service. Don't use this company or you'll be sorry. ......
