Q's Low Cost Jumpers

Qs Jumpers is the best. I made a very late and sudden call for my twin sons and he was very helpful. He came early and set everything up in 10 minutes or less. Solved all our questions and was very kind. We reserved it until 6 pm but when they came to pick it up the kids were having so much fun that I asked Q if we could keep it longer and he said no problem and came to pick it up next morning. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 5-n-1 Disney Jumper for my 3 year old daughter's birthday party. Honestly, for their price, the stuff is awesome. Also, we had a cotton candy machine which was really good and the kids loved the party. Highly recommend to call and order if you want the best deal! The staff was very polite with all our questions and were quick on setting everything up. Delivered on time and picked up on time. This is as best as it gets!

Me and My wife ordered a 16 ft water slide for my doughter's birthday party and even though they were in a tight schedule, they were able to rush me the water slide in time. Even after the fact, we were able to pay them off at the end of the day with no problems what so ever. With kindness and respect, they treated us with the costumer service that deserves 5 stars!!!

I called this guy after being refered by one of my buddies, when I called he hooked me up with a jumper, a cotton candy machine and he included the sugar w/ cones. reasonable price. on time delivery. had no issues. the kids loved the cotton candy. i would use them again.

This jumpy company is awful. We ordered a jumper and chairs for my niece's 3rd birthday. They came and set the jumper up. While they were getting the paperwork together, we let the kids get inside and start jumping. They came running out of it saying it stunk. I looked inside and saw it had streamers, grass, stains, and smelled like vomit. I told my sister-in-law to call the owner and asked the delivery guy to please clean it. He started spraying it and wiping it down, but was just pushing the dirt and garbage to the sides of the jumper. It still smelled like vomit and mildew once he was done. We called the owner again and told him it still wasn't clean and if they had another one. The delivery driver tried to say it just came back from being repaired and that's why it was dirty...likely story. The delivery guy told us if we wanted it cleaned again, we would have to do it ourselves. The owner said he could deliver another one, but we had to pay the $110 first. No way were we going to pay for something we didn't have yet, especially considering the condition this jumper can in and the attitude of the delivery driver and his girlfriend. They said they would then be back in about an hour or so with another jumper, but started collecting the rental chairs, even as the guests were sitting in them. They never did return with another jumper. This company had horrible customer service, attitudes, and were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you value the health of your children, please do not ever use them.
