First off I needed to be fumigated, and Steve, the owner gave me by far the best price and as good a guarantee as anyone(4 years)on our tenting. The job went way smoother than I could have imagined. I had been told I had subterranean termites also and the only "evidence" in my home was some dried up old remnants of a termite tunnel and nothing live. After calling the other 5 companies who had come out they all admitted that no indeed I did not have live subterraneans but I should spend $1,000+ to treat. Steve informed me all homes are pretreated and this was merely a break from moisture that had occured, many years ago and after going online I comfirmed what he told me. Thanks Pro Ex for saving me over a thousand dollars on that and hundreds on the tenting. The fumigators, Statewide Fumigation, were also great and helped carry out some plants and bagged up something I forgot. Total Pros all the way.
