Dr. Bhaduri was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt confident in her abilities immediately, because she was asking great questions and also giving me new information about UTI's that no doctor had shared with me in years.

Dr. Bhaduri was able to do a thorough job of getting the needed medical information from me, and giving me great advice for both taking the prescribed medication and follow-up care with my regular doctor...all this while maintaining a friendly and warm rapport. This far exceeded my expectations! I'm 24 hours out from my phone appt, and feeling 100% better... but, I will finish all of my antibiotics, Dr. Bhaduri! Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say. So convenient and just what I needed. The Dr. called me exactly at the time my appointment was set for. He asked all the questions I expected since I've had this issue numerous times in the past. He told me what he was going to prescribe and the history of the medicine. Dr. Ulin Sargeant is amazing! I have been trying for weeks to get into my doctor. She gave me orders for a blood work up, rx & explained the importance of a check up with my doctor. She is a very caring person. Bedside manner has never been that important to me. My priority was always a competent professional doctor but I had it all with Dr. Sargeant. I'm rethinking my doctor after seeing Dr. Sargeant. I feel like the info given to me empowers me to go forward with a plan & to not settle. I have never felt so good about being sick.

As advertised my phone call appointment was on time. Dr. Marks was very thorough and professional with questions of my condition and present prescriptions. Worked with me to make sure his prescription went to a pharmacy that I normally use. A pleasant experience which I will repeat if needed.

For any busy Exec on the road east to west coast!!! Found them at 38000 ft over TX by 1:30 PST same day in CA had a Dr on the phone and took care of my needs!!! Wish you were in EVERY state!!!!

I hate scheduling doctor appointments. I hate filling out clipboards in waiting rooms. I hate having to go through drawn out procedures for issues that I know the doctor can resolve quickly. PlushCare has changed all this for me. Questions like "Is this serious?" can now be all resolved from home, on my schedule, and cheaply. Great experience! I'm new to Plush Care. A friend passed along info about their recent Indiegogo campaign and I contributed, which got me a membership. I used it the other day for the first time and was not disappointed -- in fact, I was impressed! I usually get a sinus infection at least once a year and have to take an annoying trip to the doctor's office just to get a prescription for something I already know I have. I decided to give Plush Care a shot and it was way more convenient. In the end, I got the prescription I needed without the hassle. Looking forward to more visits.

Plush Care doctor was awesome! He confirmed the diagnosis that I was pretty sure I had but not 100% certain. He then sent the prescription to the Walgreens down the street from my office. SO GLAD i didn't have to deal with the urgent care

I live in Sacramento but was up in San Francisco working and visiting college friends for the week. I never find it to be the most credible source, but according to WebMD and the little medical knowledge that I have, I was confident that I had pink eye and needed to see a doctor. I learned about PlushCare Doctors & Pediatricians in the BerkeleyHaas magazine because the team is Berkeley, Stanford and UCSF affiliated. I was eager to see whether the experience would be as seamless and as revolutionary to doctor visits as the article depicted. I went to the website, selected an appointment 30 minutes away and paid. I had a video chat with the physician promptly at the start time. It was not a complex issue, but it was still comforting knowing that the doctor trained at Stanford. He confirmed that it was indeed pink eye and immediately sent a prescription to the Walgreens across from the Hyatt Regency hotel that I was staying at on the Embarcadero. I don't think it needs to be said, but yes, it was as seamless as the article depicted and couldn't be more disruptive to an industry that has absolutely disregarded patient satisfaction and the patient experience.

I am so happy that Plush care is finally here. During the holidays, I needed a doctor to fill a prescription for an anti-inflammatory. I knew exactly what I needed for a long term condition. When I finally was able to see a doctor after taking time off from work, he agreed with me. I wasted several hours. It would have been so much easier with an appointment at Plush Care. Now when I have a routine medical issue, I just make an appointment online from the comfort of my own office or home and I get great medical advice. I've been having really bad allergies with awful congestion over the last month or so. I tried benadryl, waldryl, etc. but it's really just that I have no idea what is causing the allergies. My girlfriend kept telling me to see a doctor but my health insurance makes visits expensive and I don't think my doctor has answered one of my emails or phone calls in any time period a reasonable person would consider "prompt."

He sent a prescription to Walgreens near my office and also referred me to Quest to get an allergy panel done that same day. He's going to follow up with me when the results come back. Finally, I have doctors that are focused on experience and customer service at my fingertips. Hopefully, I don't have to tell them all my health history the next time I call... That takes a while when you are as fragile as I am!

I woke up at 9am with a numb arm. I thought it would pass during the day, but by 3pm it was still bothering me.
