Great concept. Tried to get into a walk-in over the Memorial Day weekend and it was closed so gave this a try. Now I can leave on my trip without worrying about having to find a walk-in in an unfamiliar area if it gets worse. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

This was my first time using Plus Care. The doctor was so friendly and thorough with my symptoms. The way I was feeling I don't think I could have driven to urgent care. What a fantastic program. It is not possible to get better/more qualified treatment or service remotely(meaning not in person) than by PlushCare - Urgent Care by Phone. The doctors are very thorough and ask any and all pertinent questions that are germane to your condition. I was not rushed off the phone- I was never rushed off the phone and this is the fourth time I have used them. The doctors are very careful to ask a lot of questions and to "cover all the bases" to get as much information as possible and would not hesitate to tell you if you needed to seek treatment in person.
For someone with an ongoing or reoccurring condition that is really not changing and is stable, like asthma, high blood pressure, bronchitis, allergies etc. or easily identifiable illnesses like pink eye. lice, ear or sinus infections and others- the ease of get a prescription refilled or getting an initial prescription is beyond convenient. Just remember, there are a good number of drugs that can only be prescribed by a doctor in person(due to obvious, reasons: criminality and abuse being the main ones). I am not hesitating to give PlushCare the highest recommendation- I was beyond thrilled when I came across their service on the internet(almost by accident; I saw them on google and didn't even know such a type of service existed). I did call them the first time with a little understandable hesitation, not much, just little doubt, but was immediately won over by the legitimacy of their methods, procedures and how they operate. I live in New York were everything is a nightmare and getting to a doctor for any reason is especially grueling, more so when nothing has changed and you just need a prescription or a prescription refill. That is why I am giving PlushCare such a high rating-for the convenience, that and their being a legitimate medical service and not a scam. I do not belong to them, have stock, received anything, nor was I paid or compensated in anyway or this review.

I never tried Plush Care, but I will use them again, no doubt about it. Waljed into an Urgent Care today and had a 5 hour wait!
I lefft and found plush care, this program works! Courteous , helpful and geuinely concerned about my health issue.
It is so much better then sitting with sick people for 5?hours!
I will use them again!!
