I have been a member of Carol Appel Pilates Plus Studio for more than two years. Having participated in many group classes, trios and one-on-one training with Carol and her team, I have nothing but praise and admiration for how well the sessions are structured, how attentive and precise the instruction, and how safe one feels in the hands of these warm and knowledgeable teachers. Members can work out on their own or take advantage of the many classes and session that are offered.



Carol sets the tone at the studio. Her deep knowledge, encouragement and humor are invaluable. She is an exceptional, excellent trainer. I highly recommend Carol and Pilates Plus Studio as the finest experience available for Pilates training and workout experience.

The people that go to this club & the owners are VERY RUDE & disrespectful to their neighbors. I used to live next door & people would turn around in my driveway at least 30 times a day!!!!!!! They would get mad @ me if they couldn't turn around because i was coming out of MY driveway!! Now HUGE potholes & they don't care..& won't fix it.

The owners also decided to pave the road only to their property line. But CLOSED THE ROAD. (the only way to get to & from my house) without any notice or warning. I couldn't come home for several hours !!!! If you read this & you are a member here PLEASE remeber what it would be like to have to deal with this on a daily basis. If you are the owners maybe you should treat you neighbors a little nicer !
