        Winter Visitor

        We purchased a new heating and cooling system from Perry Heating and Cooling last spring. Since we are winter visitors we leave each summer our caretaker called and said that the AC making a strange noise. We called Perry to go to check it out, debris had been blown into the unit and was hitting against the fan blade. We are very grateful to know that they will be there for us when we out of town.
