Pleased with super PC service. We had purchased 2 desktop computers for our restaurant 3 years ago. Recently we had an issue with a spill on our keyboard. We brought it to PC Laptops and they fixed up our system for NO Cost. The repair technician was very friendly and completely cleaned out all the dirt and dust out of our machine! We love you PC Laptops for standing behind your warranty!

I really do like the concept of being able to bring my computer to them at any time for software and hardware repairs. However, the price of buying a basic computer was too high. When I walked in and talked to the sales agent, it took 20 minutes for him to walk through all the choices with me. I tried to keep it as simple as I could, but the price tag still came to around $2,000.00. A computer with similar specs from Dell comes to around $1,000.00, and if I were to buid my own through Newegg it would be around $700.00. I do have to keep in mind that I'm not exactly comparing apples to apples, but as far as I can tell I would definitely be paying more than I'm willing for their service plan. I have heard that once you initially become a customer that future purchases will come down in price, and after reading other reviews it does look like they provide a very fantastic service. However, I just wanted to write a review that I wish I would have read before driving to the store and wasting my time as well as that of the sales agent.

I am a total and complete RAVING FAN and here's why: There is only one thing worse than your computer going down and that is when your employees' computers go down. I have purchased all of my company's computers from PC laptops since the day you started selling desktops and have been thrilled with every experience. You won my loyalty by handling every single hysterical time I rushed a computer to you for any service.



I also want to say that your Sandy store ROCKS!!! The technicians let me come around the counter and stand next to them as they diagnose and explain what's going on. They go way above and beyond to get my team up and running ASAP. This service is priceless for business owners.



I hope you guys are killing it in this market! BTW I still have one old computer that I need to replace. Go figure that I have the worse computer in my own company. HA - see you soon Sandy store!

I became a fan of their facebook page and ended up winning a Fezzari Bike! JUST FOR BEING A FAN!!!



I went int o get the bike and the PC Laptops guys were really cool. They were a bit reserved about being in the picture of me and the bike, but then they all got in on it and it ended up being a pretty rad picture. The guys are really cool people.



One guy in particular was really cool and really personable. I wish I could remember his name, but he haas a fake front tooth. He took it out for the pictures and it looked really funny. All the guys were pretty awesome though.



I say go in there and give it a try and don't be intimidated at all. They are just cool people that know about computers.

I have had te best experience in long time. of course we all know that customer service means everything. PC Laptops knows the meaning of that. I am computer challenged. I got a huge virus that was way beyond me. I was told even though I did not nunderstand a word that I had to wipe it compltely clean and start over. OF course I freak out I have no backup of my pictures. The good guys saved and recovered my pictures. And even though I have an "Other" brand and they fixed my virus and still were able to save everything on my computer all without making me feel bad for having an "other". I will be back when I am ready for a new computer

My friend John S bought a computer from this store when it was Totally Awesome Computer's. When you took over and said you would guarantee Totally Awesome contracts for lifetime service. My friend was delighted. He has physical challenges so his desktop is his way to communicate and look for work from his apartment. He has a habit of catching a nasty virus that crashes his system.

He will call me when he needs the computer fixed. When I had my truck...this was easy. With the change in the economy, it has forced me to sell my truck. I use UTA and my bicycle to travel. I will strap on his CPU to my backpack frame, mount my bike and ride from Jeremy and 200 S to the Hub. I would ride bus 200 and get off near the store.

I do not know what your employees first impression was seeing this dude coming in with a CPU unit strapped to his back. Maybe it is "Dude you really need a lap top." Anyway...I receive a warm "Welcome to PC Laptop, How can we help you?" The next available employee will guide me to a counter to assist me. First, I have to unstrap the CPU and carry it to the counter. I wish I could remember the names of the employees that helped over the years. Each was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and very professional with excellent customer service. I should know...I use to do customer service for a living. The golden rule is regularly demonstrated in spades.

The computer specialist will give me an estimated time I can come back to pick up the unit. The paper work is done in a jiffy and the CPU is whisked back to the work area to be fixed.

Usually a job will take 2-3 days. I call to make sure I can pick it up. The same friendly, attentive customer service on the phone is the same as in person. The specialist will let me know when it is ready. I come back...and get the same, consistent, friendly service that is the hallmark of PC Laptop.

I come in to pick up John's CPU and finish the paperwork for him. I strap on the CPU in my backpack frame and I am given a cheery "Come back again" as I leave the door. I enjoy doing business with your company and plan to be a future customer when things improve.

Right now I attend UCC across 7800 S from your West Jordan store at 1705 W 7800 S. If this unit, given to me by a friend, ever needs repair or maintenance, I know I will go to this store for service. I am sold on PC Laptop where I know "We Love You!"

PC Laptops has to be the best place i have ever gone shopping for my computer needs. I am a complete nerd and i cannot live without my multi-player online games. PC Laptops got me a computer that can run my games without any sort of lag - where even the smallest bit of lag would result in me dieing and losing my rank. And when i need to upgrade - PC Laptops will get the upgrade for me at a discounted price for buying with them.

I have a very nice laptop I do a lot of personal work on it. Recentlly it was infected and shut down by a virus. I normally would have a nerd friend fix it, but I did not have the time to find someone to help. So I called the Orem branch of PC Laptops of Utah. They told me to come in and what the problem was with my limited description of the problem. They tried to help me over the phone, to help me save some money, but the laptop was too far gone. I took the laptop in and my service tech made special time to fix the problem to save me the most time. It took the tech less than 24 hours to fix the problem. By noon the next day the tech called me to tell me it was done. The price was not as bad as I thought it would be for the work. When I got home the tech had installed a lot of Software to help with any future problems. I was overly happy with the work that was done. I really felt like my time was of value to the tech and the other store employee’s. Thank you PC Laptops for the great experience.

PC Laptops donated a laptop to Make-A-Wish to fulfil my little sister's wish. They also provided her with all the tech support she has needed since. Their commercials are endearing, "We love you!", and their service has proven that they they truly do!

I walked into PC Laptops and was greeted by nearly all of the staff. I just needed to get my laptop fixed and was dreading taking it somewhere because of my past experiences at places like Walmart or Best Buy. Saying PC Laptops is not one of those large stores is an understatement. They were small enough to care but big enough to get the job done right. I was told that in 48 hours they would be able to fix my computer and right around 49 hours later I received a call saying it was fixed. The lifetime parts and labor warranty is the best ever and I would recommend PC Laptops to anyone!

Even though I bought my laptop somewhere else, when I had a problem with it, the guys at PC Laptops were able to fix it up and make it run better than it ever has before. Not only did they do this quickly and efficiently, they also did it with great care and cheer. Never have I received such great customer service. My computer not only runs better, it LOOKS brand new they got it so clean. If I ever have to buy a new computer I will begin and end my shopping at PC Laptops. Thanks guys!!

I bought a laptop at the PC laptops in Layton Utah over 4 years ago while stationed at Hill AFB as an Air Force member. I've had not one glitch since...amazing for a laptop. Addtionally, when I've had questions or concerns, I've been able to call the store and get immediate tech support. As a military member that moves frequently, we're no longer geographically located near a store. Despite that, I will only purchase a computer from these guys in the future. Their superior customer service, high quality products, and willingness to help make them the only choice. It takes a lot for me to develop brand loyalty, but I've done just that with PC Laptops.

PC Laptops has helped me so much over the past few months! I am SO greatful! First, I have a dell laptop that completely went south on me! I am a single mom of 4, and a graduate student. Needless to say, I dont have a lot of cash flow. I contacted PC Laptops for help, they were so nice and kind and they fixed my laptop for a very reasonable price! I have not had a single issue with my laptop since. A few days ago I was having anoher issue with a BAD virus on a business computer. I took in the PC and they had it brand new the next day! No data was lost at all! I suggest if you have any issues to contact Joe at the West Jordan store, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service!

It's nearly finals time at school, and I hadn't backed up my external drive with all of my schoolwork on it when it failed. I called up PC Laptops Sandy location in a complete panic. Express diagnostic on my drive was very reasonable. Within just 2 hours, Chad had diagnosed the problem and was working on the solution. I have my drive back the very next day with every bit of data successfully recovered! Thanks guys!

My boyfriend bought a computer a year ago and never had a problem with it at all. So I bought one to I can't believe that I was treated with respect and the guy listened to me and came up with a system that I would be happy with, and he also stayed in my budget. If anyone is looking for a great system PC Laptops is where to go with the life time parts and labor no one can beat that.

PC Laptops is 100% focussed on you and your computer needs. They are knowledgeable and customer oriented. I took my laptop to them after having it at another service provider for nearly a week, with no solution and $70.00 out of pocket. I rang PC Laptops, spoke with Ollie, who instructed me to bring it right down. He had the problem fixed in just a few minutes, with no charge. I will go to PC Laptops for all my future computer services. JLK

When my laptop broke down I went to a couple of local computer stores trying to get some help. None of them would help because I wasn't willing to pay a $25 diagnostic fee. I went to PC Laptops last and I should have just started there. Ben greeted me at the door and after I explained the problem my computer was having he grabbed it, turned it on, and began checking it out - FOR FREE!



You can tell these guys love computers and love helping people out. Dan really loves the business he's in and it rubs off on his employees.

WOW these guys were the best... I have a probplem keeping up with all the computer stuff but PC laptops keep my computers and all the computeres in my house ( all Five) running safe and secure and IF I ever have a problem I know I can call Ryan or Rusty and get teh job done quick and secure with no surprises THEY are the best!
