After an unexpected loss of a our sister, her car was stolen. Once it was recovered it was taken to Paul's. They did not allow us, or next of kin, to enter the car to get any of her personal items for her funeral because the title was in her name. We presented a death certificate, the funeral director notified them, we had a police report, documentation, etc, etc.
We, along with others, felt as though Paul's Towing was intending to keep the car for monetary gains and taking advantage of a grieving family.
We would never recommend this heartless, money-hungry company to anyone. Go elsewhere.
