Paul R. Maina is the most professional builder-contractor that I have met in many years of arranging for renovations and repair on my two homes. From his first meeting with me he impressed me as being a service provider who puts his emphasis on service excellence. He began our business relationship by listening to my needs and then immediately providing me with his observations regarding what needed to be done. He then provided me with outstanding multiple options that not only met my quality expectations but also that were within a reasonable and fair range of my price expectations. Lastly, he completed the job within my time frame and kept me apprised of progress with emails and photos. The new deck he built for my house on LBI makes my 50 year old house look almost new.
