Owner/painter Joseph Qualgia grew up painting on the Central Coast. He has a small staff of three highly trained craftsmen painters who pride themselves in their professionalism and attention to detail. Each crew members has a minimum of 10 years experience painting. Painting On Q services, Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove and surrounding cities on the Central Coast.
