        LOCAL FENCE BUILDER signs beware! won't FINISH THE JOB AND DOES NOT HAVE A REAL ADDRESS OR CONTRACTORS LICENSE, NOR ANY CITY BUSINESS LICENSES ANYWHERE! HE USES A PO BOX AND WE CAN'T FIND HIM!
