On Demand Dumpsters

I've had REPEATED GREAT EXPERIENCES with On-Demand. Very professional & hard working, hooray for American independent business!

Please whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ordered a dumpster and scheduled it for 10 a.m.. At 10:30am I called to ask what was going on. What I got was "it's not like it's f@$&#+? surgery" It is clearly there fault yet this is the response I got as a CUSTOMER. I then told him that they scheduled the time and I expect it to be here. Then I geBUSINESSt "I'm the OWNER and I DON'T WANT YOUR F@$&#+? BUSINESS. SO UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP AND DEALING WITH A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ONLY SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THEY APPRECIATE MY LOYALTY AND MY MONEY. TREAT ME LIKE A CUSTOMER, WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY, NOT CUSSING AND DEMEANING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I ALSO GOT A "FU@# YOU" FROM THE GUY THAT SAID HE WAS THE OWNER. UNLESS YOY LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE THIS, I WOULD CALL BAGSTER® or GRANGER BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE SUCH A LOYAL FOLLOWING. THANK YOU AND I HOPE "ON DEMAND DUMPSTER" GETS DUMPED AND CLOSES DOWN FOR GOOD. WE DON'T NEED COMPANIES THAT TREAT PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP.
