Omni Plumbing Inc

My husband and I called Omni to repair a leak. We discovered it when we noticed that our bedroom carpet was soaked at the wall the bedroom shared with the bathroom. Omni was recommended to us, so we called them. The plumber came and claimed to have checked the toilet for a leak and he said he wasn't able to find one. He asked permission to cut a hole in the wall. My husband asked if he had eliminated all other options and the plumber said yes. He cut a 1'x3' rectangle in our bedroom wall and it turned out the leak was in the toilet, where he said he had already checked. Omni refused to fix or pay for the wall that was unnecessarily ruined. They were completely unapologetic and very unprofessional. Not to mention, the drywall was cut and replaced so poorly that we couldn't repair it ourselves and will have to hire someone else to come fix the plumbers mistake. I will never use them again and I have spread this message to everyone I know.
