Mike and his sons did a FANTASTIC job on our home! We have a cape cod style home with completely wrong and outdated ducts and system. Mike was one of five contractors that came into our home and we could tell right away that he wanted to make us very happy and is customer focused! Our returns and supplies were all backwards and we had no returns upstairs. He was the only one willing to run the returns upstairs and to make it all right on the main level and in the basement. His quote was less than what the other contractors wanted and they didn't even want to touch the upstairs!! The other contractors wanted to do a separate ductless system upstairs. So, definitely go with Mike and his kids and you will not regret it! We can't believe how quickly our house heats up and how much lower our electric bill was this month. By the way, we have two dogs and it meant a lot to us that he took the time to get to know them and even gave them cookies and let them out while we were at work!
