Nobs Towing

Nob's cancelled tow. They didn't bother informing me they cancelled. Wasted my time. Won't call again.

Frank was the best most professional driver I have met! I was more then annoyed when my car broke down but the fact that this towing company didn't even have clearance for my car because I was stuck in a garage didn't matter, they came out anyways saying maybe a jump work help. (I let them know i already attempted the jump prior) Still came out with a helping hand and got my car up and running!! Then he drove off and was on his way when he realized I was sitting in a parking spot, came back just to inform me to run my car for about an hour. Nicest guy ever and made me feel reassured I was in good hands!

Also there receptionist are amazing to!

Great for car lock outs. Took them 15min to get to me & beyond reasonably priced. Thank you so much Mr. Nobs. You truly helped this Stranded mother at oak park library w a cranky toddler. #Friday13

My car was involved in a rear end collision on 09.18.15. on Roosevelt Rd. and needed to be towed. Nobs Towing was called by the Police and they were there within 20-min of the accident.

Once we were back at their yard, Nobs (the owner) was very helpful and explained what will happen to my car. That the Insurance company will pick up my car and take it wherever!?



He was very helpful in calming me down and reassuring that accidents happen and that "it was not the end of the world." That evening Nobs was able to give me a ride back to my work a couple of miles.



He gave me his card and told me that his yard would be open the next day so that I could retrieve my personal items. The next day, was the same. Nobs and one of his co-workers were very friendly, explained how the process worked (with the Insurance) .



I had a very positive experience in dealing with him and his crew. ------ WSH
