Our AC unit was leaking water in our basement, soaking our carpet in the basement. Julien with Nero's was able to come out and fix the issue within 2hours of us posting on Thumbtack. All other AC companies said the earliest they could come was the next day. We were very happy and grateful that we had help that day. Julien did a great job and was very professional. Nero is amazing!! I cannot speak highly enough about their efficiency and honesty. Consider this, I got multiple quotes for a magic-pak hvac unit and one estimate put the replacement at $9k. Nero was the most reasonable bid ($3k under the highest bid) and the most personable and responsive on the phone. They are my recommendation, hands down, after 5 years with other companies - I’m sold on Nero.

From start to finish, a great experience. Julian was able to get out to our rental house in Bethesda the next morning and fix our dead ac unit. He put us and our tenants completely at ease, and made it very simple to manage from California! Would give 6 stars if possible!

Julian and his team did a great job on my through-the-wall system replacement. They were quick to respond, quoted a great price, and handled everything from there. They are a full service operation and had a plumber out within hours to make an unexpected water heater move. Work quality seems very good. I highly recommend and will definitely be using Nero for maintenance.
