        No Heat

        My daughter and 3 year old grandson have been without heat since Thanksgiving day! Today is Dec. 5th. The temperatures have been in the upper 20's and 30's with snow on the 4th. Nc air says the delay is a part. If you order a part on Friday , Nov. 26th, don't you think it should have arrived by now!? Still no heat on Dec. 5th.
